How does Home Service booking work?

Send "Hi" on WhatsApp, pick Home Service, choose a service and time slot, enter your tower and flat, and confirm with a Razorpay link. We hold the slot for 10 minutes while you pay.

Which areas is Home Service live in?

Ananta Tower, Navi mumbai is our launch community. If you live elsewhere we collect your address and notify you the day we go live in your society.

Do I need to install an app?

No. Mitra360 Home Services runs entirely inside WhatsApp. If your phone has WhatsApp, you already have everything you need - no account, no download, no learning curve.

How are payments handled?

Home Service uses a Razorpay payment link sent on WhatsApp - pay before the slot is confirmed. Refunds are automatic if we cannot assign a provider. Cash-on-delivery is unlocked once you’ve verified your profile and completed a paid booking.

Can I reuse my last address?

Yes. After your first booking the Mitra360 remembers your tower and flat and offers “Use Tower X, Flat Y?” on the next booking - tap Yes and skip straight to coupon and pay.

Is my data safe?

Conversations stay inside WhatsApp. We store only what is needed for the booking - phone, society, flat and booking history. No location tracking.
